Annie Wersching (March 28, 1977 - January 29 2023) Was an American actor who was known for her regular role as Renee Walker in 24 and frequent appearances in a variety of television series including The Rookie Bosch and Timeless. The Naughty Dog's The Last of Us video game, she also did voice and motion capture work. The talented actress unfortunately lost her battle with cancer when she was 45. Wersching had a high level of respect and admiration from her fans and peers. Picard played the role of Borg Queen in the second season as well as appearing on The Rookie as a regular character. Her voice talents extended far beyond video games as she lent it to Tess the critically acclaimed character of The Last Of Us. The Last Of Us was eventually made into an HBO television series. Wersching was a skilled actor, and her dedication will be lost.
